TMF New England Chapter MLK Day of Service 2023 Hudson Food Ruck & Social

Please join Travis Manion Foundation Spartans nationwide by honoring Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. with our Operation Service Project in Hudson, Massachusetts.

As MLK once said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” Every action makes a difference, and our Operation Legacy project brings veterans, families of fallen heroes, and motivated civilians together to deliver food items to the Hudson Community Food Pantry so that they can continue their mission to “find a permanent solution to end poverty and hunger for as long as our society struggles.”

HCFP shares the passing of a longtime volunteer and dear friend

Bob GregorieIt is with deep sadness that HCFP shares the passing of one of our longtime volunteer and dearest friend, Bob Gregorie.
Bob was a fixture at HCFP for many years and his favorite spot on Saturday mornings was perched on the chest freezer handing out eggs and cheese to the clients and not so secretly slipping candy and popsicles to the children.
And if Saturday mornings weren’t enough, Bob volunteered on Tuesday mornings, joined by his lovely wife Kathy. Bob and Kathy made it a point to stop and visit when they could these past few years and Bob always asked about the volunteers and clients who regularly visit HCFP and kept up on all the activity going on at the pantry.
We will be forever thankful we had the opportunity to serve alongside Bob. Rest in peace Bob.
